A few years ago (2006?) while we were deep in the midst of making Tom Goes to the Mayor, myself, Doug Lussenhop and the artists of TGTTM (Kevin Gallegly, Jordan Kim, Chris Shapan) created these movies posters with Gary Shandling puns. I don’t remember why. I was just a silly thing to do.
I have long forgotten who did which one, so if you’d like to claim owndership of them, let me know and I’ll add credits. also please, friends, submit your own shandling poster and I will add to this stream.

Bush billboard on I-35: “Miss me yet?”
Looming over the southbound lanes of Interstate 35 in Wyoming, Minn., is a grinning portrait of former President George W. Bush, asking “Miss me yet?”
“It was put up by a group of small business owners — who want to stay anonymous —because they felt Washington wasn’t listening,” said Mary McNamara, a spokeswoman for the company that owns the billboard. “They felt like it was a good way to get their message out.”
The billboard was first reported by Minnesota Public Radio blogger Bob Collins Monday morning.
He took a photo of it while cruising past, about 30 miles north of downtown Minneapolis.

How We Watch The Super Bowl in 2010
My LCD on the left was hooked up to my MacBook and with TwitterFall was streaming tweets from the people I’m following (of which 97% where about the SuperBowl and from friends-of-everyone-in-the-room). [see pic]
The dual screen gave us a running commentary of what our friends where saying about both the game and the ads. And just as you’d multitask between different IM windows at work, we’d shift glances from Twitter to Superbowl whenever there was downtime on either screen.

This is something I’ve worked on long and hard. Hope all you LOSTies out there enjoy it. I like to think it’s pretty epic, even if you don’t watch the show.
